Staying Fit During Lock Down while pregnant

So that is it. We are all stuck inside. Or at least semi inside. It’s ok! We are here for you.

So how do you stay fit while stuck in a house with a toddler. We have some ideas. Here is a short video that Keri form Fit and Healthy Mums and Vice-Chair Claire recorded. It’s messy and it’s chaos but then, you know what that is like, right?!

There are lots more on You Tube. Go slow and be careful. Check with your midwife if you’re unsure if you should be doing anything active.
